These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of toThe.App, including the creation and opening of short links. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use toThe.App.

The service

toThe.App lets you create short URLs that redirect to a URL you provide. Native app behavior depends on the destination, device, operating system, and installed apps. We do not guarantee that a link will open in a particular app.

Acceptable use

You may use toThe.App only for lawful purposes and content you have the right to share. You must not use the service to:

• distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights;
• distribute illegal, deceptive, or abusive content;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to compromise the service; or
• use automated activity to evade limits or create abuse.

Links and moderation

You are responsible for every URL you submit and for the content at its destination. A short link is not an endorsement of its destination. We may review, restrict, or disable links that violate these terms, create security risks, or receive credible abuse reports. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Ownership

toThe.App and its name, design, software, and original content belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us permission to process it as needed to operate the service.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is free and provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or app. You use short links and third-party destinations at your own discretion.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end access to the service, remove links, or change features at any time when reasonably necessary to operate or protect toThe.App. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
